The Landscape exhibit consists of works in all media by artists observing or pushing the boundaries of traditional landscape art. Artists included are Yoshi Abe, Uta Barth, Rebeca Bollinger, James Buss, Jim Christensen, Marsha Cottrell, Tony de los Reyes, Doug Hall, Anders Krisar, Eirik Johnson, Ian McDonald, Vik Muniz, Robyn O'Neil, Paul Seawright, and Henry Wessel. The content of the selected artworks covers desert vistas, the strained vegetation of neighborhood greenery, the idea of "forest" both real and psychological, the juicy nature of still life arrangements, human activities in the great out-of-doors, evidence of man's impact on the landscape, as well as his attempts to document feelings of awe evoked by it.
